Birth Doula Services.
I want to be the doula you want me to be - and support both you and your husband as you welcome your child. This looks different for everyone. There is no “one size fits all” for doula-ing. Some couples want a more a hands on approach and do more counter pressure/massages, dancing, swaying and holding.
For others this means I take a more hands off approach and am simply present for reassurance for you and your husband, to answer any questions, and hold the space. Then for others it is something in the middle, with your husband and I both actively supporting you as a team, with your husband providing knowing, loving support and myself giving suggestions to both you and your husband.
I love working with Husbands, and I in NO WAY replace them.. I always say, “Your husband knows you best and I know Birth.”

2 prenatal visits in your home
I am happy to accompany you to a prenatal visit with your care provider if you wish
Follow-up on your relaxation
Help with your Birth Preferences and answers to any questions regarding putting one in place
Demonstration of labor positions and a "labor practice" so you and your companion will know what to do when labor begins
24/7 email and phone support starting at 37 weeks
Review plans for AFTER baby is home to make sure that you have support in place, some meals in the freezer etc.
Review of the importance of hydration and nutrition during labor
Practice toning exercises to help your body function better during labor
I can come to your home during early labor if you need me to help establish a routine or I can meet you at the birthing place - completely your call, I come when you need me.
Birth photography and/or video (optional)
Attendance at labor/birth. Starting as soon as you desire and continuing up to 2 hours after baby is born.
I also make sure that food is on the way or provided if mom desires to eat after labor.
Follow up meeting 2-3 days after birth and a postpartum visit 7-10 days after the birth. We will discuss the birth, cuddle and admire your baby and you will be able to give me feedback on my role as your labor support.

Had a baby and now you are realizing you need some help adjusting at home? Get a Postpartum Doula! I can help you grow into a new phase in your family’s life. I provide insight and support regarding the physical, and physiological nuances of the postpartum period. I can offer an extra set of hands to help you adjust to a demanding new schedule.

Postpartum Rates.
All clients must purchase a minimum package to start services and/or hold the availability of the doula. For Day Services min package is 10 hours ($350.00) Night Services min package is 24 hours of postpartum doula care, spread out over 3 nights($960.00).
Hourly Rates
Day support: $35.00 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours per visit
Overnight support: $40.00 per hour, with a minimum of 8 hours per visit
First Week Home – Postpartum Package ($350)
With this package, you receive ten hours of daytime postpartum care, set to the schedule that works best for you. If package is purchased before baby arrives you will have a 1 hour prenatal visit to connect before baby(s) arrive and three 3 hour visits to be scheduled anytime in the first three months.
Day Support – Postpartum Package ($700)
Our Day Support Postpartum Package gives you twenty hours of postpartum doula care set to the schedule that works best for you. If package is purchased before baby arrives you will have a 1 hour prenatal visit to connect before baby(s) arrive and 19 hours to be scheduled anytime in the first three months.
Night Support – Postpartum Package ($960)
Our Night Support Postpartum Package gives you twenty-four hours of postpartum doula care, spread out over three nights.
