What i’m about.
I am here to support women from all walks of life, throughout their Journey to Motherhood. I want to be a part of your “village”. Being away from our support systems, I am passionate about serving those in the military community; you don’t have to do any of it alone.
My Birth passion was ignited after the birth of my daughter, and it has only grown stronger. I realized many women were planning on having births that we all thought were the “norm”. We have all been programmed to fear birth, and the unbearable pain that comes along with it. I want to help “reprogram” you by teaching you to not to fear birth. I want to help educate you about Evidence Based Care, and help you to learn to advocate for yourself and your baby. Birth IS EMPOWERING. Take your power back starting now!
I can help prepare you prenatally with HypnoBirthing® Classes. I can support you during your labor and birth as a Doula, and I can help after baby is born as a Postpartum Doula or by Encapsulating your Placenta.
what i offer.
Birth Doula Services
I want to be the doula you want me to be - and support both you and your husband as you welcome your child. This looks different for everyone. There is no “one size fits all” for doula-ing. Some couples want a more a hands on approach and do more counter pressure/massages, dancing, swaying and holding. Click below to find out more!
Placenta Encapsulation Services
In the womb with your baby, nature has created the perfect organ that supports baby until birth. The placenta makes oxygen diffusion, excretes baby’s waste, supplies nutrition, and more. It is also beneficial for the mother during the postpartum period. Click below to find out how I can help, from encapsulation to prints.
HypnoBirthing® Classes
HypnoBirthing® is a simple, straightforward program designed to remind mothers of the simplicity of birth itself. The classes teach techniques for relaxation and visualization, and how to assist, rather than resist your natural birthing instincts. It is about empowered parents, welcoming their babies into the world in a ‘Celebration of Life.’ Women shouldn’t fear their birth, they should look forward to it and welcome it.
